I have been working at Slim Jims for three years as a PT and for over a decade within the industry. Predicting fitness trends can be hard but to get ahead of the game I focus a lot of my time participating in a wide range of courses and classes including Gymnastics, Boot Camps, Olympic lifting, High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T), etc. I have worked with a wide range of clients from the ‘avid gym goer’ to ‘celebrity’ to ‘elite athlete’ helping achieve their goals and transform their bodies.
EXERCISE to be fit, not “Skinny”. EAT to nourish you body and always… IGNORE the doubters & unhealthy examples that were once feeding you. YOU are worth more than you realise. I believe the combination of my education and experience ensures a high quality tailored designed programme that teaches, motivates, guides & corrects technique to maximise results. Based on feedback from clients I vary my programmes to keep the session ‘fresh’. I also invest in new apparatus to help keep the session interesting & fun.
