You'll be spoilt for choice with our varied and diverse studio programme:
Abs Blast/Abs and Back
A short workout focusing on abdominals and core strength.
Ashtanga Yoga
A quicker paced yoga class designed to challenge the body through fluid flow that incorporates strength, flexibility and breath.
Beginners Spin
An introductory class focusing on bike set up and technique. Ideally suited for beginners.
Body Pump
A mix of aerobic exercise and weights Body Pump is one of our most popular classes. With regular attendance you could acheive better posture, reduced body fat and increased muscle tone and definition without the bulk. Most of the exercises are based around light weights (1-5kg) and a step routine. If you aren't comfortable using weights you can do the workout without any kind of resitance. All the major muscle groups are worked out, from the warm up through legs, chest, back, triceps, shoulders and abdominals, before stretch and cool down. Boxercise
Incorporating boxing techniques, this is a cardiovascular and muscular conditioning workout.
Core Ball
A low impact toning workout performed with the Swiss ball, aiming to also improve core strength, balance and coordination.
Circuits
Total body workout designed to improve strength, endurance, speed and agility. Move your way around a number of exercise stations and target every muscle group.
Kickboxing
This class uses mainly lower body in a mixture of strength and flexibility movements. While burning calories you will improve the technique of kicks and punches inspired by various styles of Martial Arts.
Latin Aerobics/Salsa
Dance yourself fit with these fun, funky cardio classes.
LBT (Legs Bums & Tums)
A body conditioning class specifically designed to target those troublesome areas.
Pilates
This mat based session is designed to lengthen and strengthen your entire body. Based on the teachings of Joseph Pilates, these movements will help you gain postural alignment, balance and flexibility.
Spin
A challenging and fun non-impact workout, designed for all levels. Although if you haven?t been before, start out with the beginners class.
Step
A high impact class using an aerobic routine and step boards to help you get fit and burn calories.
Tri Club
Run, cycle (spin) or swim! Be prepared for this combo class, great for anyone training for a specific event.
Yoga
Improve your overall strength and flexibility whilst also learning relaxation and breathing techniques to reduce stress. Great for all fitness levels. No experience necessary.
